Song assessments provided by Treykus are professional opinions and recommendations based on experience in music production. Assessments are informational in nature and do not guarantee any specific results, streaming numbers, placements, licensing deals, or commercial success.
Project pricing is not fixed and varies based on the scope, complexity, and services required for each individual project. Any budget ranges provided during form submission are used only for lead qualification purposes. Final pricing will be communicated directly via quote or proposal.
Submission of the Song Assessment form does not create a contractual relationship between you and Treykus. No services are guaranteed or reserved by submitting a form. A formal agreement is only established upon execution of a written project agreement or receipt of a confirmed deposit.
Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving services, pricing, or completing any purchase. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
By submitting your song links, you confirm that you own or have the rights to share the music submitted. Treykus will not distribute, publish, or use your submitted music for any purpose other than conducting the requested assessment.
